In recognition of the Birthday of Mahatma Gandhi on October 2, we respectfully encourage you to send a very short and simple message to The PRC Embassy in, Buenos Aires, Argentina. Please send your message between October 2 and October 9. As always, feel free to adapt this message. Please request others to send this message as well.
